For more than 18 years, Ginger has built her career around the art of hair color and the relationships created behind the chair. As owner of Salon Fusion Spa, she has helped shape a different kind of salon experience—one centered around talented independent professionals, private spaces and a more personal approach to beauty.
A former regional color educator, Ginger specializes in dimensional color, customized blonding, gray coverage and corrective color. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every formula is thoughtfully created around the person wearing it—their skin tone, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and the way they want to feel when they leave her chair.
For Ginger, Salon Fusion has always been about more than beautiful hair. It’s about creating a space where people feel comfortable, cared for and genuinely at home.

Lauren Ross

Lauren has been part of the world of Salon Fusion for most of her life. Growing up around the beauty industry gave her an early appreciation for the relationships built behind the chair and the way something as simple as feeling cared for can completely change someone’s experience.
As Salon Fusion’s manager, Lauren plays an important role in the heart of the salon, supporting our professionals, caring for our guests and helping create the peaceful, personal atmosphere Salon Fusion is known for.
Behind the chair, Lauren has developed a love for hair color and creating beautiful, wearable results tailored to the person sitting in front of her. Her approach is thoughtful and personal, with an emphasis on making her guests feel comfortable, heard and confident.
Lauren is also bringing a new side of beauty and wellness to Salon Fusion through our Japanese Head Spa experience. With specialized education and training, she will provide an elevated experience focused on scalp and hair wellness, intentional care and deep relaxation.
For Lauren, each of these roles comes back to the same thing — taking care of people. Whether she’s welcoming you into Salon Fusion, creating your hair behind the chair or helping you completely unwind during a Head Spa experience, she wants you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Tracy Patterson
With more than 30 years behind the chair, Tracy brings decades of experience, craftsmanship and confidence to every guest she serves. She has spent the past nine years building her business inside Salon Fusion, creating a loyal clientele who value both her expertise and personal approach.
Tracy specializes in precision cutting, including point and texture cutting, slide and razor techniques, clipper cuts and detailed shaping. Her services also include customized color, root maintenance, permanent waves and styling for both everyday wear and special occasions.
A Certified Pravana ChromaSilk Hair Colorist and Certified Educator in Bioionic Straightening, Tracy combines advanced technical knowledge with the experience that comes from a career devoted to her craft.

Brittany Unthank
I’m Brittany Unthank, and for the past five years I’ve poured my creativity, curiosity, and care into the beauty industry, a place where I get to blend artistry with purpose every single day. For the last two years, I’ve been grateful to offer that work from my suite inside Salon Fusion, serving clients who’ve become such a meaningful part of my journey.
I love helping women feel confident through personalized haircuts, my most-requested service, and I enjoy teaching my clients the simple habits that keep their hair healthy long after they leave my chair. My work ranges from soft grey coverage to bright highlights and bold fashion colors, and I’m committed to delivering results that feel both expressive and wearable. For specialty services such as chemical treatments and hair extensions, I require a deposit so I can reserve the proper time and tools to give you my very best.

Since 2009, I’ve devoted my craft to natural hair, helping women embrace their texture while discovering looks that feel true to who they are.
From my private suite inside Salon Fusion, I work one-on-one with each client to create custom styles that highlight their beauty and fit their lifestyle. I’m passionate about teaching simple, effective routines that keep hair healthy and thriving between appointments. I’m Keaton Thomas, a Master Cosmetologist with a passion for the fine details- lashes, brows, and the subtle artistry that elevates a face with grace. I’ve specialized in eyelash extensions since 2018, and over the years have expanded my offerings to include lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and tinting, and gentle facial waxing.
Whether you love a soft, natural enhancement or a more glamorous finish, my goal is always the same: to create customized results that look beautiful and honor the health of your natural lashes and brows. I’ve been part of the Fusion family since 2021, building my craft inside a calm, cozy private suite where the focus stays entirely on you. It’s a space designed for comfort and intention, somewhere you can settle in while I create a look that feels effortless and true to your style.
I specialize in lived-in, low-maintenance color that grows out softly and beautifully. Soft dimension, bright blended blondes, natural tones… I love the kind of hair that looks good on day one and even better as it settles. I’m meticulous with every detail the blend, the tone, the movement, because seamless color is all about precision.

My career has taken me through advanced trainings, respected color programs, and even magazine features, but those aren’t the pieces of my work I hold onto.
